Where to park near the Sanctuary?
- Cars and motorcycles: car park at the Basilica, car park in front of Les Buissonnets, parking spaces near Carmel and the Cathedral
-If you sleep at the Hermitage Sainte Thérèse, private parking is reserved for you
-By motorhome: The parking area for motorhomes in Lisieux is located in the city center, just in front of the Sainte Thérèse Basilica. This free parking area is open all year round.
Please note: this motorhome parking area is different from the Basilica car park which is closed to it at night.
Join the Sanctuary from the SNCF station
Lisieux train station is located a 10-minute walk from the Basilica and Carmel.
Are animals accepted?
Animals are not allowed inside the buildings.

We invite you to contact our reception centers whether you come alone or in a group to reserve your room, you can also reserve your meal and eat in the company of the Sisters Servants of the Child Jesus and other pilgrims.
Do I need to book for a guided tour?
If you are coming in a group, you are strongly advised to contact our reception service to organize your visit as best as possible: Click here !
If you come alone or with your family, we also advise you to contact the reception service , even on the same day, in order to reserve a schedule with one of our guides. In July-August, a free pilgrimage on foot lasting about 3 hours is offered every day, departure at 14 p.m. in front of the Basilica (without reservation!)

All your prayer intentions are printed and then deposited by us at the reliquary of your choice at the Basilica of Saint Thérèse.
