Reception offices

The reception service at the Sanctuary of Lisieux is available to help you organize your pilgrimage. You can meet us at 31 rue du Carmel, between the Ermitage Sainte Thérèse reception house and the Carmel, or directly to the Espace Saint-Jean-Paul II opposite the Basilica.

Guided tours and many activities will be offered to you whether you come alone, with your family, or in a group! We're here to help you make the most of your time in Lisieux.

• Screening of the film "Thérèse of Lisieux, a Giant's Race" at the Saint John Paul II Space, opposite the Basilica – in 8 languages. Every hour and by reservation for groups. Free admission
• Visit of the dome of the Basilica: Every day in July and August, every hour (10:30, 11:30, 14:30, 15:30, 16:30) and by reservation for groups. Participation: adults: €6; 16 years and students: €3; under 15 years: free.
• Visit of the Thérèse Martin diorama or wax museum : Realistic staging of Thérèse's life, free visit. Open: from Easter to November 1 and school holidays from 14 p.m. to 16 p.m. Free participation
• Possibility of guided pilgrimage from the 1th century^er July to August 31 – except August 15: For individuals or families, a pilgrimage in the footsteps of Saint Thérèse is offered daily (walking pilgrimage, duration 3 hours, no registration required). Meet at 14:00 PM at the Basilica's glass-roofed information area for a tour of the sites associated with Saint Thérèse: Basilica, Buissonnets, Saint Peter's Cathedral, Carmel.
