The event is over.

The weekend of June 21 to 23, 2024, experience a beautiful time of spiritual retreat, alone, with family or friends, on the theme: “Thérèse, tell us about Jesus”, led by Father Loys of Saint Chamas, chaplain of the sanctuary.

Jesus is the Love of Thérèse. His relationship with Him goes through successive stages and climates, the discovery of which is very likely to nourish and encourage us.

During this weekend, we will take the time to go through the stories she tells us of these stages, to stand ourselves under the gaze of Jesus, to live the sacraments that he has entrusted to his Church and to let ourselves be transformed by the encounter.

How to live your spiritual retreat well?

It is recommended to arrive, as much as possible, on Friday evening to “pack your bags” and not plan to leave too quickly on Sunday afternoon, but you will be welcomed even if you have other constraints.

A notebook, a Bible and a volume of “History of a Soul” are recommended.

The retreat will be led by Father Loys de Saint Chamas, priest of the Notre-Dame de Vie Institute and chaplain at the sanctuary, author of Saint Thérèse of the Child Jesus, God at Work (Éditions du Carmel, 1998).

He will be accompanied by a small mixed team from the Sanctuary. The retreat will be held at the Foyer Louis and Zélie Martin, 15 avenue Sainte Thérèse. It will include masses at Carmel on Saturday at 11:15 a.m. and at the Basilica on Sunday at 11 a.m.
