The event is over.

Come and discover this exhibition open to all, particularly suitable for family visits. Meet at the Saint-Jean-Paul II Reception Center of the Basilica of Lisieux.

More than 40 scenes in colored sandstone, representing around 300 characters, illustrate in an original and artistic way, the whole life of Jesus, from the Nativity to the Cross, including the wedding at Cana, the meeting of Zacchaeus in Jericho, a whole series of parables, Palm Sunday and even the Acts of the Apostles. All these scenes were made by Eduardo and Maria Jesus Pias, Portuguese artists and sculptors from Galegos, in the Barcelos region. Each piece is unique and gives the whole a deep unity. As in a comic strip, we see the life of Jesus unfold in the Holy Land, according to encounters and miracles, until his Passion and the birth of the Church after his death.

Free visit, free entry. Guided tours possible on request, at the reception desk of the Sanctuary (info@therese-de-lisieux.com or 02 31 48 55 08)
