During the Feast of Saint Thérèse, the Lisieux Sanctuary offered pilgrims a preview of the exhibition “Pixi in the Cloister: The Little Story of Saint Thérèse”. An immersive experience that retraces, through 21 miniature scenes, the life of Saint Thérèse and her family in the places where her missionary vocation unfolded.
Officially inaugurated on Friday, December 12, a few days before Christmas, it opens its doors to the public the following day according to the Basilica's opening hours.
"The Good Lord cannot inspire unrealizable desires, so despite my smallness I can aspire to holiness; to grow in stature is impossible, I must accept myself as I am with all my imperfections; but I want to seek the means to go to Heaven by a small, straight, short, and entirely new path."

To remain small in order to become a saint, that is the spiritual treasure of Saint Thérèse!
From Alençon to Lisieux, "Little Thérèse" remained, in joys as in trials, attentive to the signs of God.
Made with Pixi, a specialist in collectible figurines whose workshops are located in Normandy, this permanent exhibition retraces the little story of Saint Thérèse as you have never seen it before: discover how the little things of the ordinary can lead to an extraordinary destiny.

- An exhibition of saints completes the tour.
- Entry is free but you can support the sanctuary with a donation on your way out.
