Since April 29, a new information, reception and reservation center, with a single telephone number, has centralized and processed all requests from pilgrims, individually or in groups, who wish to organize their stay at the sanctuary. Guided tours, masses, accommodation, catering and all other tailor-made activities are now part of a globalized response supported by our “one-stop shop” service.

Led by professionals of spiritual and cultural stay, from our accommodation houses, communication and pastoral animation, the Sainte-Thérèse sanctuary inaugurated its new reservation center at the beginning of May to centralize and facilitate the organization of pilgrimages to Lisieux, in individual or group format, over one or more days.

A unique number has been set up at 02 31 48 55 00 with the upcoming activation of a welcome menu to guide you according to your needs: schedules, reservations, reception, administration.

Located at 31 rue du Carmel, the reservation office is open Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 13:30 p.m. to 17:30 p.m. Outside of these hours, it is possible to send your request by email to: contact@therese-de-lisieux.com.
